Motivation

Ever since I was demoted to substitute goalie by the coach as a young soccer player, I have known that it takes hard work to earn your place on the field. This attitude has accompanied me ever since in my private, sporting and professional career. The realization that with a little effort you can overcome most physical and mental challenges is a driving force. I wish that every athlete could experience the same feeling as I did when, after years on the bench, I was named a regular player by my coach and later captain of the team by my teammates.

It is possible.

Motivation

Reflecting on my own coaching career, I realized that the foundation was laid many years earlier with my own transformation. As a chubby teenager, I decided early on that I had to change something in order to be successful in sport. By changing my diet and exercise habits, I was able to celebrate my first successes. The motivation I gained allowed me to continue working in a disciplined and consistent manner and develop the passion that still drives me today, years later. Therefore, my mission as a coach is to empower others, sharing the knowledge and insights gained from my own experiences and studies. I am a firm believer that every person can overcome their own physical and mental barriers to become the athlete they want to be!

You can do it too – start now and reach your peak performance!
